Are you an airline?We are not an airline! Although we do work in the aviation sector, we specialise in CV building, one on one coaching and group training. Our expertise is in polishing individuals to get selected for assessment days, group and one on one interviews with employers. We excel in this due to our experience of going through the system and having specialists that are decision makers in both the commercial and private sectors.

When will airlines start hiring?You will be happy to know that VIP carriers and chartered airlines have all started hiring, as well as smaller operators worldwide. We expect Cabin Crew recruitment to kickstart again towards this summer and have been made aware that induction courses for new hires are being scheduled as we speak.

When and where will you be holding your next workshops?We love our workshops and we are looking forward to holding them again soon, due to global restrictions, live workshops have been temporarily postponed. How many years of experience do you?We have decades of combined experience within the company and its trainers, our founder and lead trainer Monika Krajcova has over 10 years of direct experience in this industry. All of our specialists have held senior positions, ranging from HR Recruitment Specialists to Head Trainers within the aviation sector.
